Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant, the Respondent No. 1 and the Respondent Nos. 2 to 5. This application is filed for condonation of 77 days delay caused in filing the first appeal. For the reasons stated in application said delay is condoned and civil application is accordingly allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a). Office to register the appeal on removal of office objections by the Appellant.
