Rule.

The learned counsel for the petitioners,upon instructions from petitioner No.1, seeks liberty to withdraw the petition. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. However, it is made clear that all contentions are kept open.

The learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Sangli,seized with Misc. Criminal Application No.504 of 2013 shall make every endeavour to expedite the hearing of the present proceedings and, as far as possible, conclude the same within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The learned Magistrate shall not grant any unwarranted adjournment in favour of the original complainant i.e. respondent No.1 herein. In the
Mhi 2 WP-1548-17.sxw eventuality that on any given formal date, the petitioners file an application seeking exemption, the learned Magistrate shall consider it on its own merits.
