By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking restoration of First Appeal (Stamp) No. 30680 of 2017 which stand dismissed in view of conditional order dated 21.03.2018 passed by learned Registrar (JudicialII). 4.

Considering the submission made by learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out case for following order: (i) Order dated 21.03.2018 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside.

(ii) First Appeal (Stamp) No. 30680 of 2017 is restored to file for hearing on its own merits.
