Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Both the counsel submit that matter is settled out of court. They further tendered across the bar consent terms dated 10.08.2018 duly signed by the appellant as well as Respondent. Both the counsel submit that appellant as well as respondent are present in court. Appellant and respondent entered into the witness box. They admit the contents of the Consent Terms as well as execution thereof. Hence, same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Undertaking given by the parties in the consent terms are accepted. Both Family Court Appeal stands disposed of in terms of Consent Terms.

Consent Terms be treated as part and parcel of decree. No order as to costs.

In view thereof, Civil Application does not survive. The same stands dismissed as infructuous.
