Respective Counsel are present with their Advocates and jointly requests for quashing of FIR in view of the Consent Terms. It is informed that these Consent Terms are already tendered and recorded in Domestic Violence matter. 2.

Complainant/Respondent No.2 is present with her mother. She informs that she is studying now and has received earlier an amount of Rs.1 lakh and a draft for Rs.50,000/- today. She also states that she has received back all her ornaments and other articles.

Affidavit has been placed on record today by her. That affidavit is dated 05/07/2018. She request the Court to quash the FIR accordingly, as she wants to study peacefully. 4.

In this situation, accepting joint request, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
