By this petition, the petitioner has impugned order dated 20th March 2023 passed by the Learned Special Executive Magistrate, Pydhonie District in Court Case No. 13 of 2023 arising out of Chapter Case No. 6 of 2023 of L.T. Marg Police Station, Mumbai.

Learned APP on the instructions of Mr. Shivaji Patil, PSI, attached to L.T. Marg Police Station, Mumbai, states that the Show Cause Notice dated 20th March 2023 issued by the Learned Special Executive will be withdrawn within one week from today. Statement accepted.
