P.C.:- The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that in pursuance of Orders dated 9th April, 2019 and 25th April, 2019, the Applicant has deposited the said sum of Rs.7,80,000/- in the Registry of this Court on 30th April, 2019. He has produced on record a photocopy of the letter dated 30th April, 2019 along with photo copy of Demand Draft of Rs.7,80,000/- drawn on State Bank of India bearing No. 419000. The same is taken on record. In view of the deposit of the amount by the Applicant, the interim relief, granted by Order dated 9th April, 2019 is hereby confirmed.
