The Petitioners are serving in the State of Maharashtra. From the pleadings in the Petition the Petitioners does not appear to have approached the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. A remedy of approaching the Tribunal is available to the Petitioners. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
