1] The Petitioner has approached this Court for direction to the Respondents to appoint the Petitioner on compassionate ground, since mother of the Petitioner was declared to be medically unfit. 2] An affidavit in reply is filed by Dr. D. N. Yadav, Chief Executive Officer of the Pune Cantonment Board. It is specifically stated in the affidavit in reply that the claim of the Petitioner has been considered for compassionate appointment from the category of medically unfit. It is further stated that Petitioner's name is at Sr. No.4 in the waiting list and in the near future, the Petitioner would be appointed when the vacancy arises in accordance with seniority.
