DATED : 10th MAY, 2024 P.C:- 1] The learned APP has produced a report from Tilak Nagar Police Station, Chembur, where it is categorically stated that the mother of the Applicant was admitted in the hospital from 10.02.2024 to 01.05.2024, where she was undergoing treatment for brain hemorrhage, however, she came to be discharged on 01.05.2024.

2] Upon the said statement being made, the learned counsel for the Applicant seek permission to withdraw the Interim Application where he was seeking relaxation of the condition of bail.
