The Petitioners have already presented a suit for protecting their interest in relation to the property in dispute and also tendered an appeal to the Commissioner challenging the cancellation of allotment in favour of the allottees i.e. predecessor in title of the petition. It would be open for the Petitioners to pursue the remedies which have already been availed.
