Heard learned counsel for Applicant on civil application. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non appearance of the counsel when the matter was called out. In the circumstances, Civil Application is allowed. Writ Petition No.9241 of 2010 is ordered to be restored to its original number. The writ petition be listed for admission on 16th January 2017.
