The above Civil Application has been filed seeking expeditious hearing of the above Letters Patent Appeal. The above Letters Patent Appeal arises out of the proceedings which were filed in the School Tribunal. It is an undisputed position that the original Respondent i.e. the Applicant herein has been reinstated and that the back wages have also been secured by the original Appellant i.e. the Respondent to the above Civil Application. Hence there is no immediate urgency to hear the above Letters Patent Appeal. However, we allow the above Civil Application, the above Letters Patent Appeal to be placed for final hearing after the Diwali Vacation of the year 2017. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
