Learned counsel for the Appellant-Insurance Company submits that, he has filed receipt of deposit of the entire decreetal amount in the Court.

This is an application filed by the Original Claimants seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation deposited in the Court. Considering that the Applicants are the old parents of the 'Deceased', they are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation deposited by the Appellant-Insurance Company in the Court, subject to condition that the Applicants furnish usual undertaking in the Court. 4.
