By this Civil Application, the applicants are seeking condonation of 305 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dt.10/08/2017 passed by the Reference Court in LAR No.1104 of 2000, dismissing the applicant's Reference Application for compensation in respect of acquired land.

Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicants and the averments made in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that the applicants have V.B.Gokhale 1/2

Hence, the following ordre.

a) Delay in filing First Appeal is condoned.

b) Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. c) No order as to cost.
