The Application is taken out for brining legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.2 on record. Perused the Application. The learned counsel for the Applicant points out that it is only on 12.3.2015 that the Applicant was informed about the death of the Respondent No.2, hence, there is a delay. Reason made out is satisfactory. The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) (b) and ( c ). Amendment to be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.
