Heard. By this appeal, the Appellant - claimant is challenging the judgment and award dated 29.01.2018 passed by the Reference Court in LAR No.1449/2000. The learned counsel for the Appellant submit that the Appellant had preferred a Reference u/s.18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for additional compensation which was rejected by the Reference Court. Hence, the present appeal.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned judgment and award following order is passed:
