By the above Misc. Civil Application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the Applicant-wife seeks transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. A-107 of 2017 filed by the Respondent-husband and pending before the Family Court at Nagpur to the Family Court at Pune.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent on instructions states that the Respondent has no objection if the above Application is allowed. In view thereof, Hindu Marriage Petition No. A-107 of 2017 pending before the Family Court at Nagpur is transferred to the Family Court at Pune. 3.
Parties and / or their Advocates shall appear before the Family Court at Pune on 2 nd August, 2017 and obtain necessary orders / directions. 4.
The Family Court at Pune shall endavour to dispose off the Hindu Marriage

The Family Court at Pune shall not grant adjournments in the matter unless absolutely necessary.

The parties too shall not apply for adjournments unless absolutely necessary. 7.
