Heard Mr. Gawade, the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Principal prayer in the petition was to direct the respondents to effectively investigate into a missing complaint No.6 of 2017 in respect of Mr. Viaykumar Mahadeo Bagdure. 3.

Mr. Saste, the learned APP, has tendered a report submitted by the Assistant Police Inspector, Crime Branch, Solapur city, which indicates that a dead body was found and it has been identifed to be that of the abovenamed missing person. Report is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid report, nothing survives in this petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
