The applicants are challenging order of issuance of nonbailable warrant and also refusal to take on board the application of non-bailable warrant.

Applicants undertake before this Court that they will appear before the Sessions Court on 3 May 2023. On that day, the Sessions Court shall accept the application filed by the applicants for cancellation of warrant and pass order on that application in accordance with law.

The criminal application stands disposed of in above terms. No costs.
