The applicant is seeking modification of condition No.(iii) of the order dated 17/03/2020, by which, he has been released on bail in C.R. No.19 of 2019.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The exemption from attendance is sought on the ground that it has been two years that he has been attending the police station.

Since the attendance was ordered not for the purpose of completion of investigation, but to ensure that the applicant is available for trial, I am inclined to modify the said condition with the following:

(iii) The applicant shall report to Malabar Hill Police Station, once in every three months, on the first Sunday between 11.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon.
