Learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.5 on written instructions which are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification, submits that the respondent-Institution is ready and willing to pay the salary to the petitioner from 1st February, 2012 till the approval of the petitioner's appointment as granted by respondent No.3 - the Joint Director of Vocation Training and Placement.

We record the specific written statement made by 5th respondent and dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.3 to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's 1/2

DDR 19.WP 4514-14.doc proposal sent by respondent No.5 for approval of the petitioner on the post of Junior Clerk. The decision as aforesaid to be taken by respondent No.3 as expeditiously as possible, but in any case not later than two months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before him.

The petitioner to appear before respondent No.3 on 7th May, 2018 at 3.00 p.m.
