The learned Advocate for the Respondent has drawn my attention to the Mediation Agreement dated 4th April, 2017 arrived at between the parties before the learned Mediator Ms. Molina Thakur, which is signed by the parties, their Advocates and the learned Mediator. I am informed that as agreed in the mediation agreement, the parties have also approached the Court for dismissal of the matter. In view thereof, nothing survives in the above Misc. Civil Application and the same is accordingly disposed of.
