Mr. Rahade for Respondent No.5, at the outset, states that Petitioner is a habitual complainant and this Petition is another attempt to harass Respondent No.5. Mr. Pilankar for Petitioner disagrees with Mr. Rahade and states that there is even a report annexed to the Petition issued by Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Chandwad, who is Respondent No.4 making certain damaging observations against Respondent No.5.
