The above Civil Application has been filed by the Applicant seeking extension of time for depositing the decretal amount as directed by the order dated 26/10/2015. The decretal amount has already been deposited but the delay is of 2 months and 9 days has occurred in depositing the decretal amount. The reasons why the decretal amount could not be deposited within the time stipulated are mentioned in the above Civil Application. Hence having regard to the fact that the decretal amount has already been deposited, in my view, it would be just and proper to allow the above Civil Application and extend the time to deposit the decretal amount till lgc
