In this Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the order dated 31st August, 2018 passed by the Dy. Commissioner of Police, Zone-I, Vashi, Navi Mumbai externing him outside the limits of Districts Thane, Raigad, Mumbai Suburban and Mumbai City for a period of two years.

The record of this Petition does not show that stay was granted to the operation of the externment order. The said order is dated 31st August, 2018. The period of externment was for two years. That period is already over. Therefore, this Petition has become infructuous and is disposed of, as such.
