In this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India filed on 17th March 2011, the relief sought is of direction to release the government grants to all physical education colleges in the State of Maharashtra, which are presently running on non-grant basis and an order of 21st February 2011 be quashed and set aside.

(904) wp-4070-11.doc Upon such a petition from the time it has been filed, nothing but adjournments have been sought. This petition was dismissed for want of prosecution on 12th August 2011. Later on, it was restored. After restoration on 24th November 2016, it has been listed for admission but, no attempt has been made to argue it.
