Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner No.17, at the outset, seeks leave to amend the prayer clause of the application so as to give correct description of applicant's subject land. Leave granted. Necessary amendment be carried forthwith. 2.

Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner No.17 submitted that the petitioner No.17 does not want to continue with the prosecution of the petition as he wants to withdraw the compensation with regard to his land. He, accordingly, seeks leave to delete the name of the petitioner No.17.

In the above circumstances, leave as prayed for, is granted. The learned counsel for the petitioners are permitted to delete the name of the petitioner No.17. Consequently, the petition on behalf of the petitioner No.17, stands withdrawn. Civil application stands disposed of. 3.

In view of the above, the ad-interim relief, granted earlier, stands vacated qua the petitioner No.17 as regards his land. 4.

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today.
