The judgment and order of conviction has been passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar in Sessions Case No. 53/1996. The said judgment and order of conviction and sentence was set-aside by the High Court Bench at Aurangabad. The same was challenged by the State in the Hon'ble Apex Court and the Apex Court was pleased to set-aside the judgment and order of acquittal and as SQ Pathan 1/2

Considering the same, Registry is directed to forward the aforesaid petition to the High Court Bench at Aurangabad, having jurisdiction.
