ORAL JUDGMENT :- This is an Appeal filed by the accused challenging his conviction and sentence for offence punishable under Section 20(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act and is sentenced to R.I for five years and to pay fine of Rs.5,000/- in default of which to undergo further R.I. for 11⁄4 years. Mr. Shah, learned Counsel for the Appellant states on instructions from the Appellant that the Appellant does not wish to prosecute the Appeal as the Appellant has already undergone the sentence imposed by the Trial Court. 1/2

Criminal Appeal No. 1092 of 2012 stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
