For the reasons to be recorded separately, the above Writ Petition stands rejected. However, the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Solapur shall expedite the hearing of Money Lending/Complaint No.8/2015/2856/2017 and decide it as expeditiously as possible and within a period of three months from the receipt of this order. Needless to observe that the parties shall extend full cooperation in deciding the said proceedings by the District Deputy Registrar, Solapur. The said authority shall not grant unnecessary adjournments and shall endeavour to hear the said Complaint Application on day-today basis. All the contentions of the parties are kept open for being agitated before the said Authority. Needless to state that the District Deputy Registrar, Solapur shall not get influenced by the observations made by the Appellate Authority i.e. Divisional Joint Registrar, Pune Division, Pune as well as this Court in the present order.
