This is an application for extension of time to furnish surety and facility of cash bail granted by this Court vide order dated 2nd March, 2021.

While granting bail, the applicant was permitted to furnish provisional cash bail security in the sum of Rs.2 Lakhs for a period of six weeks in lieu of surety. The wife of the surety is suffering from Covid-19, hence proposed surety is under quarantine. Hence, six weeks extension of time may be granted. Sajakali Jamadar

In view of the submission, the facility of cash bail granted by this Court as well as time to furnish surety is extended further period by six weeks in accordance with order dated 2nd March, 2020 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 389 of 2021.
