The Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 10.08.2010 passed by the Additional Collector, Malegaon as also challenges two registered conveyances registered on 10.08.2010. The instant Petition has been filed on 13.04.2015 i.e. almost after a period of four years and eight months of the said order being passed. Apart from the fact that the Petition suffers from delay and laches, the Petitioner has not been able to demonstrate as to how the Petitioner is entitled to lay the aforesaid challenge. The Petition to accordingly stand dismissed on the aforesaid grounds.
