The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings including a fresh petition, as permissible in law. The counsel for the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 do not have any serious objection. In this view of above, the petition as such, stands rejected as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
