He, therefore, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court, if the police submits final report or a stage under Section 167(2) of the Code of Criminal Code arises. Leave and liberty granted.

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.

In view of Order passed in Bail Application No. 1037 of 2019, Criminal Application No. 556 of 2019 for intervention does not survive and is, accordingly, disposed off.
