The Petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "(a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus thereby directing the Respondent No. 2 to forthwith stop acting as an administrator of the Respondent No.3 society and appoint a committee of administrators from amongst the Petitioners Nos.1, 2 and 3 to hold election to the Respondent No.3 society and constitute a committee and hand over the charge to the Respondent No.3-society" 2.

In these circumstances, since the election programme is already declared, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition is dismissed.
