The above Civil Application has been filed for deleting the name of the Petitioner No.1 as she has expired and for a direction expediting the hearing of the above Petition.

In so far as deletion of the name of the Petitioner No.1 is concerned, the said deletion is sought on the ground that her heirs are already on record in their individual capacity. In so far as expedition of the Petition is concerned, the Petition is of the year 1999 and some of the Petitioners are senior citizens.

caw-1110.15 In my view, having regard to the aforesaid facts, the above Civil Application is required to be allowed and is accordingly allowed. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. The Petition to be placed for final hearing in the week commencing from 20/07/2015, to be shown at its appropriate place on the final hearing board as per its chronological order.
