This is an application under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure for anticipatory bail.

The learned APP submits that the competent authority by order dated 28 March 2023 granted approval to invoke the ofences under the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999 (MCOC Act) against the applicant and other co-accused. 3.

The learned APP shall supply copy of the approval to other side.

In view of invocation of ofences under the MCOC Act against the applicant, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application. The Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
