After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions of the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an amendment application in the Trial Court with respect to certain grounds i.e. amalgamation of plots and sub division of said plots. He submits that, in the event, the amendment application is allowed the petitioner be granted liberty to file a fresh application for interim reliefs. Accordingly the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty as prayed. If an amendment application is filed, the learned Judge to consider the same after hearing the parties on its own merit, in accordance with law. All contentions of all parties are kept open. 2.

Petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 3.
