After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, the learned counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application.

However, learned counsel submitted that this Nesarikar

The request is reasonable. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. If the Applicant makes an application for regular bail, after her arrest or surrender, it shall be decided at the earliest, keeping in mind that the Applicant is a Government employee. The said application shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
