1. Heard Mr. Kumbhar, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Mr. Pujari, learned AGP for Respondent - State.

2. Mr. Kumbhar would submit that in compliance of the order dated 17.02.2023 the complete proposal in respect of Shalartha Pranali-ID has been submitted by the Institution to the Education Officer.

3. Mr. Pujari would submit that within two weeks the Education Officer shall forward the same to the Deputy Director of Education for obtaining his sanction. Mr. Pujari would submit that once the sanction is granted by the Deputy Director of Education the same shall be included in the Shalartha Pranali-ID.
