This Application is moved for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that respondent nos. 1 to 5 are served. He submitted that there is a delay of 202 days in filing First Appeal. He submitted that delay was caused as it was necessary to take approval of the higher authorities. 3.

In view of the uncontroverted submissions, delay of 202 days is condoned.

First Appeal be numbered and fixed for admission after 6 weeks.
