On 17 th July, 2021 this Court passed the following order : "Petitioners have filed the above Writ Petition on the ground that the proposal for conversion of Akluj and Malewadi (A) Grampanchayats into Municipal Council is withheld by the Respondents for extraneous purpose. 2.

Mr. Patel, learned Addl. G. P. on instructions from Mr. Tushal Laxman Deshmukh, Residential Naib Tehsildar, Mkalshiras, Solapur, and Mr.

Satish Moghe, Dy. Secretary, Urban Development Department, who are present before the Court states that a report has been submitted by the Collector to the Urban Development Department and the Ministry has raised some queries which would be complied with by today and the final decision will be conveyed to this Court within a period of three weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

Today the learned Additional Govt. Pleader has filed a copy of the Notification dated 3 rd August, 2021 whereunder it is declared that Akluj and Malewadi SSP 1/2
