1] Counsel for the applicant on instructions informs that in addition to deposit of Rs. 45 Lakhs as has been noted in the order dated 18/11/2021 with Registrar (Judicial-II), additional amount of Rs. 22 Lakhs shall be deposited by 15/02/2022 with Registrar (Judicial -II).

2] Since the statement is made on instructions, same is accepted 1/3

as an undertaking to this Court.

3] In view of above, since the amount involved in the offence is secured, the Ad-interim protection stands confirmed. (i) In the event of arrest of applicants in C.R. No. 07/2021 registered with Navghar Police Station, they shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each with one or two sureties in the like amount. (ii) Applicant shall neither influence prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with evidence.

(iii) Applicant to attend Investigating Officer from 21/02/2022 to 25/02/2022 between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed.

(iv) If the applicant fails to deposit the amount of Rs. 22 Lakhs as is 2/3

undertaken, the protection ordered by this Court shall cease to operate without further reference to the Court and the Investigating Officer shall be at liberty to proceed against the applicant in accordance with law.
