This is an application filed by the Applicants for pre-arrest bail in E.O.W. C.R. No.72 of 2017 registered with EOW, Unit-II, Mumbai (earlier registered as C.R. No.349 of 2017) for offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 r/w. 34 of the IPC. 2.

Heard Mr. Vinay Bhanushali, learned counsel for the 1/3

Applicants, Mr. Niranjan Mundargi, learned counsel for the Intervenor and Ms S.S. Kaushik, learned APP for Respondent-State. Perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the respective parties.

The Applicants were granted interim bail on 04/05/2018. He was directed to report to the investigating officer. Learned counsel for the Applicants states that the Applicants have complied with the said condition and that he has co-operated with the investigation. Learned APP also makes a statement that presence of the Applicants is not required for investigation or interrogation and that the charge sheet is ready and the same will be filed within two weeks. 4.

In the light of above, the application is allowed on the following terms and conditions:- (i) In the event of arrest, of the Applicants in E.O.W. C.R. No.72 of 2017 registered with EOW, Unit-II, Mumbai, the Applicants shall be released on bail on executing PR bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with one or two sureties to the like amount;

(ii) The Applicants to appear before the Trial Court on each and every date.

(iii) The Applicants to keep the Investigating Officer informed of their current address and mobile contact numbers, and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time.

The application stands disposed of.
