P.C:- Application is seeking relaxation of condition (ii) imposed while releasing Applicant on bail in C. R. No.379 of 2019. Learned Prosecutor on behalf of this case submits that Applicant has reported to the concerned Police Station as directed by this Court on 11th September, 2020.

It is reported that till date, the charge has not been framed. In consideration of the facts and for the reasons stated in the application, condition (ii) imposed while releasing Applicant on bail in Criminal Bail Application No. 605 of 2020 stands relaxed.

Order is modified accordingly.
