After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application. He, however, requests that since the applicant is languishing in jail since 2017, the trial of the applicant be expedited and made time-bound.

Learned A.P.P has no objection, if the trial is expedited. He submits that the accused would be produced before the trial Court on the dates given by the learned Judge.

It may be noted that the trial has already been expedited vide order dated 11th November 2019 passed by this Court (Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.) in Criminal Bail Application No. 854 of 2019 filed by the coaccused-Akshay Shigvvan on 11th November 2019. Since recording of evidence has commenced, the learned Judge to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 31st December 2021. Application is disposed of accordingly.
