We have heard the learned counsel for the parties in the context of the prayers made in the Writ Petition. It is seen that the challenge in the Writ Petition is to the advertisement dated 14th March, 2016, calling for bids for issuing work orders. We find that there is no interim relief granted in the Writ Petition, as result of which with the passage of time, the works are likely to have been completed.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. It is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
