Without disclosing as to in what manner the Petitioner's rights are adversely affected, the instant Petition has been filed praying that Respondent Nos.1 to 8 be directed to inquire in respect of the complaints made by the Petitioner on 02.06.2014, 22.11.2014, 09.12.2014, 30.01.2015, 07.02.2015, 16.02.2015 and 06.04.2015. The Petitioner has not filed a Public Interest Litigation. 3.

Thus, unless it is pleaded that a right of the Petitioner is adversely affected, this Court cannot direct the Respondent Nos.1 to 8 to decide the representations made by the Petitioner which concerns the appointments made by the management of the 9th Respondent. The Petition is dismissed.
