Learned AGP has placed on record a copy of the letter dated 24 July 2019 addressed by the Circle Officer, Belapur, which states that the possession of the secured asset will be taken on 8 August 2019. Learned AGP states that the said letter is in the process of being served upon the concerned parties including the Respondent Nos.6 and 7. Copy of the said letter may be served on the learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.6 and 7 who shall be free to approach the DRT for seeking appropriate reliefs. 1/2
